For orders at MURCIADRONES.ES, registration on the website is required. All product orders accepted by MURCIADRONES.ES follow these General Sale Conditions, which form part of the Sales Contract. Product acceptance implies acceptance of these General Sale Conditions.
A — Prices and Payments
Prices shown on MURCIADRONES.ES include VAT. MURCIADRONES.ES reserves the right to vary item prices without notice according to market conditions. Published catalog prices do not constitute an offer and therefore do not obligate supply at that price in all cases. All invoices/purchase receipts are payable on the date shown. Payment must be made through the specified method at order time in euros.
B — Product Availability
MURCIADRONES.ES will use best efforts to meet agreed delivery dates, though these are estimates and do not affect the contract's nature. If products are unavailable at order time, we source them quickly for shipment. Stock control errors from manufacturers/suppliers will be communicated promptly.
C — Property and Risk
Products remain MURCIADRONES.ES property until full payment is received. Users are responsible for proper use and cannot manipulate them contrary to sale conditions.
D — Design, Specification, or Content Variations
Though MURCIADRONES.ES ensures supplied products match catalog offerings, minor variations in specifications, package content, colors, or design may occur due to manufacturer changes. These variations do not entitle buyers to rescind the contract.
E — Claims
Damage claims (including transport damage) or product malfunctions must be notified via email/phone within 24 hours of receipt.
Claims regarding quantity or specification differences must be notified via email within 14 days of receipt.
Customers accept that manufacturers offering direct support/warranty services must be contacted for claims.
F — Shipping
Shipping costs vary by product weight/volume. Exact costs are shown on the website before order confirmation.
Orders ship via NACEX, guaranteeing delivery within 48/96 hours for mainland Spain and 96 hours for Balearic Islands (business hours; varies 1-6 natural days). Most orders arrive within two business days of shipment.
Canary Islands and international shipping: consult for costs.
Free shipping refund orders will have shipping costs deducted from the refund.
G — Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes vary by product availability. In-stock items: approximately 16-48 business hours (1-3 natural days). Shipment processes as quickly as possible.
Multiple product orders ship as one when all materials are available, unless customers request otherwise.
Out-of-stock products receive estimated delivery timeframes via email/phone from manufacturers/suppliers, with updates on any changes.
H — Withdrawal, Returns, and Warranty
Customer satisfaction is guaranteed. Products may be returned within 14 days if they don't meet expectations or if ordering errors occur. Full refunds are provided if products and packaging are in perfect condition; used or activated items (DJI) are not accepted. MURCIADRONES.ES may refuse non-compliant returns.
If shipments arrive damaged or MURCIADRONES.ES made errors, customers may request replacement or full refund including shipping costs once the product is returned and verified. Damaged shipments must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Return requests require: order number, date, name, email address, purchased products with prices, and return reason, submitted through the account platform.
After review, return instructions are emailed. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds process via the original payment method.
Manufacturing defects or product malfunctions are covered by manufacturer warranty. MURCIADRONES.ES facilitates and accelerates warranty processing and may replace items without waiting for manufacturer response.
Customers bear warranty processing shipping costs to the store; MURCIADRONES.ES covers replacement shipment costs. Free shipping refund orders have shipping deducted.
Warranty is minimum 24 months on all products. Customers may use direct manufacturer warranty during this period. For warranties exceeding 24 months, manufacturers provide direct coverage where applicable.
